Italy is not only history, art and culture, Italy is synonymous with food and great culinary tradition. This beautiful country was only unified in 1861, prior to this date there were 10 different independent territories between them. Each of these had its own habits and traditions also from a culinary point of view. Although more than 150 years have passed since the unification of these territories into a single nation, Italy still presents a great diversity from many points of view, especially as regards food. This is why you will find different foods, wines and oils in each region. Even street food follows the culture and tradition of the place you visit.

Our tour starts from piazza Trillusa in Trastevere, the beating heart of the city and its traditions. Between one bite and another you will discover some anecdotes of this neighborhood once intended for the working class of the city, today populated by bars, pizzerias, restaurants and full of nightlife. Crossing one of the bridges over the Tiber river you will enter the historic center of the city arriving at Campo de Fiori, the only square in Rome without churches, today famous for its open-air local market, the oldest in Rome. In the narrow streets adjacent to this market, many commercial activities based on our culinary culture develop, up to the back of the Pantheon where we will end our tour with an excellent espresso coffee.
